Three judged virtual meets unlock the Lv.1 KBS-Coach application.
Team size
Virtual
Team Duals and virtual team scoring require three athletes on the roster. That is the smallest unit that counts as a team online.
In person
Regionals and Nationals require five. Five is also the ideal roster — enough depth if someone scratches, enough score if someone has an off set.
Build path
Recruit the third for virtual season. Add the fourth and fifth before you buy travel. A 3-person cell does not walk onto a regional platform as a team.
Certifications
Lv.1
Open after 3 judged cups. Written exam + practical. You may coach OG beginners and register a team. Next window listed when the first cohort finishes Phase 3.
Lv.2
Programming, pacing, and error correction under fatigue. Requires a season of coaching, not just a weekend.
Lv.3
Meet directing and assisting on future certs. Earned. Not sold as a shortcut.
Next cup
Window: film any day in the last week of the month. Submit by 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day. Declare event, bell weight, age group. Clock and bells in frame.
